In the design of the chair, we have focused on making a super compact camping chair that provides the best combination of low weight, packing volume and sitting comfort.

The low weight and compact design make it easy to take the Asivik Lite Folding Chair with you on both cycling trips and car holidays. In reality, the camping chair, which packs up and weighs as much as a thermos, can also come along on hikes where the rucksack is not full to bursting point. In fact, there are loops on the side of the pack bag, so you can fasten it on the outside of your backpack with a strap if your backpack is already full.

The chair is assembled quickly when you arrive at the camp. In less than 30 seconds, you are ready to sit back and relax. This means that the chair can be used both in the camp, on the fishing trip and for shorter breaks during your trip.

This is how you do it

• Open the zipper and take out the frame and chair seat.
• Start with the frame and collect all tubes so that you have four legs with feet downwards and two short and two long tubes upwards.
• Take the seat – on the back there are 4 corners with a “fabric hole” where the tubes must be inserted.
• Put the seat on the short tubes first.
• Take hold of one long tube and push it “down into the ground”, so that the tube curves slightly and you can mount the seat. Repeat on the other side.

It will feel tight the first few times until the seat has given in to use. It gets easier after several uses.

The low weight and the stable design, which can handle loads of up to 120 kg, are due to the chair being made of the very best materials. For example, the same good aluminum rods are used for the frame, which are also used for the production of high-quality tent arches.

Fun Fact

The transport bag can be attached to the frame when the chair is in use. On our annual staff trip, our quick-witted employees quickly discovered that the oblong carrier bag holds three cans of beer or soda.
