Lightweight folding stool for touring

The Asivik Folding Stool is a small, compact folding stool that can be packed super compactly and weighs only 355 grams. It is perfect to have with you, regardless of whether you are going on a day trip with a backpack or on a car holiday around Denmark or down through Europe. 

The folding stool is quickly folded out (after you have practiced a few times) and has a nice sitting height suitable for the Asivik Folding Table or for baking snot bread by the fire. It is designed so that it only requires a small level surface to stand well and stably, from there it is ready, whether you need a little rest or as an extra small chair so that all the kids can sit around the camping table.

When the folding stool is not in use, the Asivik Folding Stool folds up into a flat and compact unit that can easily fit either in one side pocket of the rucksack or in the back of the car.

How to knock out the stool:

1. Loosen the velcro strap and fold out the seat.
2. Mix the bars together. If they tease a little, put the rods together carefully. They must not be forced together – they fit.

How to fold the stool:

1. Fold the stool together with the seat sticking up.
2. Pull the bottom and top apart so that all the bars are free from each other. They can be a little tight the first few times – shake a little and the bars will come free.
3. Twist the bottom and fold the bottom up to the top
4. One top bracket is bent over so that the seat encircles the bars
5. The Velcro stop is tied around and holds the stool together.
